                                <li>Provide a New York State Certified CIC for core content\n                                                            <ol class=\"alpha-list\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n                                                                <li>Provide a schedule of core content dates, times and locations<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Provide subject matter to be covered in each session<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Provide all required NYS skills evaluations for participants<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Track student progress throughout recertification<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Assist departments with reimbursement documentation<\/li>\n                                                                <li>EMSTAR will provide 1- year online access for non-core content and provide CPR recertification.<\/li>\n                                                            <\/ol>\n                                                        <\/li>\n                                                        <li>Maintain Backup documentation for all enrolled students<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Assist with aspects of the program administration:\n                                                            <ol class=\"alpha-list\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n                                                                <li>Enrollment in the CME program<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Track student progress throughout recertification<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Online course administration<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Application for vendor number and reimbursement requests<\/li>\n                                                                <li>Final recertification documentation to NYS DOH BEMS<\/li>\n                                                            <\/ol>\n                                                        <\/li>\n                                                        <li>CPR recertification for participants<\/li>\n                                                    <\/ol>                                <\/div> \n                            <\/div>                                                            \n                                            \n                                                            \n                                <div class=\"tab-contents\"> \n                                    <h4>AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/h4>\n                                                    <ol class=\"ordered-list\">\n                                                        <li>Request for Agency CME participation (EMSTAR will assist)<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Acceptance of Policies and Procedures for CME program<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Enrollment in the CME program with NYS DOH BEMS (EMSTAR will Assist)<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Establish record keeping system for the program<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Provide interested candidates for program participation\n                                                          <ol class=\"alpha-list\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n                                                            <li>\tEstablish candidate\u2019s responsibilities for the program<\/li>\n                                                            <li> \tFamiliarization with the core content and additional hours<\/li>\n                                                            <li>\tProvide a schedule of core dates, times and locations being offered<\/li>\n                                                          <\/ol>\n                                                        <\/li>\n                                                        <li>Maintain current education files for all candidates (files must be within 30 days of being current at all times).<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Support Administration of the program (non-compliant students, etc.)<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Pay Registration fee for each participant to cover hard costs ($100 up front to register each participant).  Balance of $200 to be paid upon reimbursement from New York State (CME recert reimbursement is $300).  Therefore, no cost to agency as long as participant completes the program.<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Upon participant completion \u2013 payment balance for CME program (cost will not not exceed CME reimbursement of $300\/student)<\/li>\n                                                    <\/ol>                                <\/div> \n                            <\/div>                                                            \n                        <\/div>\n                                       \n                        <div class=\"tab-pane \"         <p><strong>CFR \u2013 EMT \u2013 AEMT, EMT-CC and EMT-P<\/strong><\/p>\n                                                    \n                                                    <h4 class=\"mt-45\">\n                                                    Requirements for CME recertifications.\n                                                    <\/h4>\n                                                    \n                                                    <ol class=\"ordered-list mb-45\">\n                                                        <li>Be currently certified<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Free from criminal convictions per <a href=\"https:\/\/regs.health.ny.gov\/content\/section-8008-recertification-requirments\" target=\"_blank\">NYCRR Title 10, Chapter 6, Part 800.8<\/a><\/li>\n                                                        <li>Be in continuous practice<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Demonstrate competency in cognitive, affective and psycho-motor domains<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Complete required ongoing continuing medical education and skills proficiency verification<\/li>\n                                                        <li>Be affiliated with a participating agency<\/li>\n
